Abstrac: School Health Enterprises (UKS) is one of the efforts to foster and develop an unhealthy living habits are conducted in an integrated manner through educational programs and health services as well as the efforts undertaken in the framework of the development and maintenance of health in the school environment. Revitalization of the activities of School Health Unit (UKS) in SMA Negeri 1 Bojonegoro through the Blood Donation Program and Adiwiyata will never be realized and implemented continuously and sustainably, without the support of all parties. Neither of the school community (SMA Negeri 1 Bojonegoro) as well as government support Bojonegoro. Through revitalization activities School Health Unit (UKS) in SMA Negeri 1 Bojonegoro through the Blood Donation Program and Program Adiwiyata continuous and sustainable schools are not pessimistic about getting citizens face the challenges of the times (the reform that came out of the designations announced). For dealing with the dynamics of modern life is as a challenge rather than a hindrance, even giving an opportunity and motivation kereatifitas, accommodating, aspirational, provocative but not demonstrative and vulgar act, marked productivity oriented activity on behalf of others and love the environment, can end scored generation became a pioneer not imitators in the field of social and environmental. Thus through revitalization activities of School Health Unit (UKS) in SMA Negeri 1 Bojonegoro through Blood Donation Program and Adiwiyata will appear Indonesian man on the insights of increased knowledge (kognetif), flavor meandered concern (affective) and the attitude of the leadership of the wise and prudent (behavioral psychomotor). Program School Health Unit (UKS) in SMA Negeri 1 Bojonegoro already done so, imaging leadership in the future, without having heralded heralded and chests expect remuneration and garlands. Because they are ready with all the risks and constraints in realizing the vision and mission of the school, SMAN 1 Bojonegoro beloved.
